OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE INCLUDES:

Weekly inspection of your property comprising: Airing, checking all the windows, grills, doors, emptying dehumidifiers, testing all electrical appliances, sockets &lights, checking cold & hot water supplies, electricity and gas, flushing off all toilets, watering of indoor and outdoors plants Weekly property status report emailed to owners.
Key holding.
Paying off utility & service bills.
Meeting and greeting holiday guests with keys during office hours. There will be an additional charge after 18:00hrs and at weekends.
Collecting and forwarding post to the owner.
Opening & preparing of your home for your arrival &closing up after your departure.
24hr emergency call.
Providing Maid and Laundry service.
Organising garden maintenance (if applicable).
Organising and monitoring of Pool service.
Obtaining quotations for any kind of repairs that might be needed.
